The boys were in heaven when we spent the whole day at the farm. First we went on the gator down the road to the Goat farm. Things started our great, with the boys feeding these cute little goats until a big one bit Griffin and frightened him to death.
Next we traveled to a neighbour who is in the process of digging out a lake. In the meantime, this is a prime sand pit for the boys to play in. They caught frogs, dug in the the sands and climbed sand hills.
After a swim and lunch, the boys were taken to the dairy farm.
Griffin got a quick kiss from this cow.
Also at the dairy farm were lots of barn kittens. Owen was in heaven. Owen picked out a kitten that looked just like his old cat Riley and just had to have him. We sent daddy a quick text, and quickly his hopes were crushed. We might just have to take up a petition to get Owen a pet.
We ended with another quick swim before we were home and off to soccer!
