Great weekend of hockey!

Three hockey games, and three hockey gatherings is a busy but fun weekend!

Griffins team had to win one of two games this weekend to clinch the fourth spot for the OMHA finals. The moms came out in full force with posters, foam fingers, trumpets and bells!  The boys were pretty excited to see us crazy hockey moms hooting and hollering!

They won their first game and you would have thought they won the Stanley cup!

I

5 of the boys spent their off time in between games with griffin!

Sunday afternoon after Owens game we headed out to one of Griffins teammates ice rink for a skate and dinner'

The boys skated for hours and there were tears on the way home because we had to leave!

Here's to a great last weekend of league hockey and now heading into playoffs! Go bulls go!

My Snow Shovelers!

Well winter is certainly upon us which means these two have acquired a regular gig snow shoveling!

Getting $2.50 has certainly motivated them to get out!

My Weekend DIY project

I saw this cute idea on Pinterest and made my own this weekend for our front door.

Perfect for my hockey family!
And fun to make :)

Happy Birthday Tony!

We celebrated Tony's 39th birthday today! We didn't do anything out of the ordinary but we spent the day together as a family.

Lots of hockey, breakfast at A&W, presents and cake!

Lucky to spend the day with him and many more! Happy Birthday!

New Years Day

Today the trees came down and the house feels like it's back in order. I love the house decorated for the holidays buts it's also nice to put it all away to start the new year.

The boys played outside in the snow for a long time. The made tons of snowballs for us to have a snowball fight!

Then we headed to one of Griffins teammates house to watch the Winter Classic.

After we headed to Kingston to see the Frontenacs game. It was a really good game, the boys really enjoyed themselves and thanked us for bringing them!

On the ride home the boys both came up with a goal for the new year which of course was hockey related!

A great start to 2016!

Happy New Year!

We celebrated New Years at our place with good friends! It wasn't a crazy party but it was nice to spend it with friends.

We had dinner, drinks, snacks and games. The guys didn't fair too well at cards but nothing surprising there ;)

The kids had a great time playing mini sticks, video games and hanging out together. Griff slept most of the night away as he wasn't feeling great. You can see from the look on his face that he wasn't feeling his best but he had wanted me to wake him for midnight.

Here's to a great year ahead!
