Blue jays fever!

We headed to our first Jay's game of the season last weekend and saw a great game filled with runs and a 9-3 win. 

The boys had a blast playing all the games and winning prizes. 

Looks like tickets are going to be a lot harder to come by this year with the Jay's success last year. 

Griffin's 9th Birthday Party

Griffins birthday was a hit! He loved it and said it was his favourite birthday party ever! 

This year he wanted to do laser tag. Ironically, laser tag opened up right around the corner! 

After laser tag we headed back to our place for pizza and cake/make your own ice cream sundaes. 

I went with the laser tag theme and bright colours to create his party table. 

Griffin decided that we could turn the loot bags into arcade fun! We created 10 games together and picked out arcade type prizes to be bought from the tickets the boy earned from playing the games. The boys LOVED collecting the tickets and loved picking out their prizes even more. 

If this wasn't enough, they boys all slept over! I know it sounds crazy having so many boys sleep over but it was great! They were asleep by 11:30 and slept in for 8am! 

We made a big breakfast in the morning, and after the boys cleaned up they went outside for a silly string fight! 

A great party with a great bunch of boys for Griffins 9th birthday!
