DISNEY!!!

If you could pick a perfect vacation for our family, this would have to be it!! We loved it so much last year that we went back again this March Break and we loved it just as much!

This year we stayed at Carribean Beach Resort right at the park and it was fantastic! The boys went on a Pirate Ship adventure, they met all the characters, we rode the roller coasters, saw Fantasmic, watch the best fire Works ever at Magic Kingdom, enjoyed the company of our friends, ate like kings, enjoyed chocolate covered Mickey ice creams, and made memories we will hold dear for the rest of our lives.

The boys asked not a week later if they could start saving to go back next year.... I think they liked it!

Happy Birthday Griffin!

Griffin turned 5 today!
You have never seen a little boy more excited about his birthday than this one. Over a month ago he sat down with me and planned his entire party, including making up the games he would like to have.

Griffin decided on a Ninja theme, only inviting boys, and would have pizza and cake. Top of his list were a ninja obstacle course, a sword fight, and a pinata.

We made head bands for all of the boys, candy sushi and ninja cookies. The cake turned out great, exactly like the invitation. Griffin had a wonderful time and was thrilled with all of the presents he received. He was spoiled! An ipod from grandma and grandpa, gift cards his request and a Ninja (imaginext house) with the dragons and horses that he absolutely loved!!!

The best part was his appreciation and smiles. He told both of us how much he loved his presents and party and thanked us over and over again!

Happy Birthday Griffin! Love Ya!

2012 Tyke Champions

What an exciting year of hockey for Owen. His team was undefeated the entire season, and was victorious in the Tyke tournament! This morning's game was a nail bitter. We were ahead 4-1 going into the second, when the yellow team came back to go ahead 5-4. Our team has never had to play a game such as this, but they were able to squeak out three more goals to win the game 7-5. The stands were full, and the parents were cheering with cow bells and all the entire game.

What a memorable year of hockey for Owen. We are very proud of his effort to play the best he could. And as you can see, he is just a little bit proud too!

We planned a party for after the game, with pizza and cake and clowns! We wanted to let the kids have a chance to get to just play with each other off of the ice. They had a blast!

Skiing for the first time in 8 Years

Talk about a little nerve racking... I hadn't gone skiing since before we had kids, and now that the boys are skiing Tony gave the gentle push to get back on the hill before the boys were way better than I am.

I am happy to report that I made it out alive, I didn't fall and I even had fun!

Our sights are set on next year being a skiing year for our family. Tony went out and bought skis for all of us last week at the closing of a sports store in town. So whether I like it or not, we are officially going to be skiing a lot next year!
