NYC City!

 

To celebrate my 40th in style we recently hit NYC!  

Our itinerary was full of fun adventures.

Our bike tour through Central Park was a lot of fun!

 

 Our hotel was blocks away from Times Square.  

This truly is the city that never sleeps!

 We toured Little Italy, stopping for Gelato

 Union Station

 Cake Boss opened a Cafe a block away from Times Square.  

It was fun to visit and try some of the baked goods!

 Double Decker Bus Tour

 We saw the musical Annie and Spiderman

 We toured Yankee Stadium

 You can see on the Jumbo Tron that our game was rained out... bummer!

This whirlwind of a tour completed my must haves for a 40th celebration; shopping, dining, and musical theatre!

Oh What a Weekend!

 Although off to a delayed start due to the crazy storm Friday night, we spent the weekend on our friend's Marci and Shae's boat cruising around the 1000 islands.

From start to finish... we had a blast!

 Cruisin through the 1000 Islands, stopping for a swim and lunch, heading to Alexandria Bay.  The weather could not have been better!

This weekend was a blast, from boating to exploring, to sleeping on a boat, to spending time with great friend!

Summer Days!

 Summer dinner party at the Lees!  Tony was greeted by Bill in the pool when we arrived and it didn't take long for Tony to join him!

 The boys also had fun going from hot tub to pool!

Glow sticks and sparklers to end the night!

Buskers!

 We headed to the Busker Festival with the Lees family last weekend and had a blast!

The kids had fun watching the Buskers and different entertainment!

 The day was the beginning of our recent heat wave, so the kids were running around in the fountain to beat the heat!  I love this picture!

The kids and Bill even got to be part of the show! It was funny watching the kids trying to follow direction from the busker.

 Griffin lost both his front teeth!  

They had been hanging on for quite some time, and by Griffin's choice! He was hoping they wouldn't fall out as he didn't want to look like his older brother!

Things I'm Lovin' this Summer!

 

 

1/ Who would have thought that Miss Katy Perry could make such a great chip!  Loving these right now... so good!

 

2/  Kelsey's summer dessert is a hit!  

Funnel Cake Fries with ice cream and hot fudge!  Yum!! 

3/ Not that this is any surprise, but I'm lovin' the Bachlorette this season!

I normally have a favourite, but this year, Dez has done a good job selecting her guys!  They are all great!

 

4/  Big Brother Season 15 is a hit! 

 I can't remember a season having a start like this one.  

Already such drama! 

 

5/ Golfing with the family!  

The boys and I  are getting better, and we are having fun playing together. 

 

KOA Fun!

The hood hit the road for the KOA on Saturday and spent the day at the trailer, pool, and playground.  The kids had so much fun!  It was a hot, humid day so the pool was perfect!  This "Jumping Pillow" was a huge hit!  Its hard to tell but it is a  large air filled trampoline.  

 We ended the day with smores of course!

Nothing says a good time, like three exhausted boys!

 

Cool Ride!

 On Friday, we were invited for a dinner and as a surprise a limo ride....

 

 circa 1983... classic! 

The kids loved it!  and you can see from the grins, so did the guys!
