NKOTB again

On Monday night, Catherine, Angela and I embarked on a road trip to Ottawa to see NKOTB. Lets just say, this as the perfect trio for the trip. So much fun!! We arrived in Ottawa to dine at Jack Astors and then off to Scotia Bank Place for the main event. We were excited to have floor seats and even more excited to find out we were right beside the stage on the floor that they would perform songs on half way through the show. But, it just wasn't good enough. Off we went to find better seats closer to the stage. Believe it or not we found ourselves in the second row centre, and stayed there until the show almost started. Our luck changed and we shuffled around from empty seat to empty seat just praying the lights would go down and the show start until finally Catherine and Angela were kicked out of the front section and returned to our own seats. I on the otherhand was able to stay 10th row centre for the entire show!! Wahooooo!
Honestly, it was like being a teenager again. I finally was able to see NKOTB up close, even if it was by myself!!

The show was better than I remembered. The guys put on a fantastic show! Jam packed full of there old tunes, with a mix of new. There was a fair share of bra, boobie flashing and panty throwing on stage (honestly, a bit too old for this, but funny nonetheless). And of course the show wouldn't be complete without "raunchy" Donnie comments...including our favourite "nothing like the fresh smell of a french canadian girl" after smelling her panties.

The guys came out at the end in Canadian Jerseys and thrilled us with Step by Step.....followed by their final encore of Hanging Tough.

You may laugh, but words cannot explain how much fun we had that night.... a night we won't soon forget! Life cannot get better than spending a night with Joey Joe!
