Don't Be Fooled!!!

 Don't be fooled.... I am not a camper!!

I do  not blame you if you laugh at this photo!

 

We decided that we probably should let our kids have the experience of camping, and this was the year.  We booked tent trailers (thank god!) and booked sites with our friends the Browns!  The boys had a great time, they loved the entire experience except for the washroom situation.  Griffin has declared that next year, we need a trailer with a toilet, I declare next year we need a hotel!

 

So here is our take on camping.... (yes I am not alone, Tbird agrees)

1. Pack up your stuff which takes a long time

2. Take your stuff to a patch in the field where ultimately your stuff gets dirty

3. Eat in the patch of dirt

4. Sleep in the patch of dirt

5. Be dirty and use less than standard toilet facilities

6. Pack up your stuff from the patch of dirt

7. Unpack and clean your stuff

8. Shower and go to bed because your tired from not sleeping properly

(btw, I came home with the flu)

9. Hope your kids enjoyed the experience

10. Plan next years vacation which will not be in a patch of dirt!

With that said, we have some great memories, and pictures.  I really enjoyed the sunsets and the company. And this just might happen again!
