Owen and Griffin and Grandpa too look forward to Tim Horton's Hockey Cards each September. This weekend the boys bought a lot of packs with Grandma and Grandpa and almost completed their collection. They were able to finish it up on Hockey Card trading nights at Tim Hortons.

Dirty Pour Paint Night
Erika taught us how to do a dirty pour painting on this girls painting night!
It was a lot trickier than most of us thought but they turned out really well!
Dragon's Den
Owen was chosen as team manager for his Dragon's Den project at school. Him and his team came up with a product to sell. They chose edible cookie dough!
Sylvain Routhier Fundraiser
The boys paid tribute to their coach Sylvain and teammate Jacob's dad who passed in the summer.
Tonight's game was a fundraiser for the family and we raised over $2500.
The opening puck drop was a special moment for Jacob as his mom and siblings joined him on the ice.

Hockey is Back
The boys are back playing hockey, their favourite thing to do! Owen is playing Minor Bantam with his dad coaching and Griffin is playing Pee Wee Minor with Todd Crawford coaching.
They are both looking forward to another exciting year of hockey, the thing they love to do!
First Day of School 2018
Today was the first day of school for all of us! It is always mixed with excitement and disappointment. The boys have been spoiled having their mom spend every single summer with them, jamming it full of fun activities all summer long. Going back to school is always a little hard but also exciting to go and see their friends again.\
This year Owen is in grade 8 with Mr. Gariepy. Griffin is starting grade 6 with Mrs. MacDonald. I am teaching grade 6 right next door to Griffin!
They look so grown up! It is hard to believe this will be Owen's last year of elementary school and my last year with him. I am certain they will both have an awesome year!
